We are not a real estate brokerage and do not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions. Our role is strictly limited to referring users to independent, third-party real estate agents.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a request for referral.
We do not guarantee that a referred agent will be able to meet a user’s real estate needs.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with a referred agent.

Referral Process & Compensation

Users who request a referral will be matched with one or more licensed real estate agents.
We may receive a referral fee or commission from agents for successful real estate transactions.
Florida law prohibits us from compensating unlicensed individuals for real estate referrals.

Limitation of Liability

We do not control or oversee the actions of the real estate agents we refer.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between users and referred agents.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.
